To provide a superior level of fitness instructions for family, owner and his wife.
Delivers high quality private fitness instructions that consistently meets and exceeds the needs of employer.
Handle employer instructions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; resolve employer complaints, assist in all requires in connection with the gym.
Ability to develop and execute training plans that consistently meets and exceeds the employer health and wellness goals.
Assist in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality of physical fitness facilities by cleaning the fitness equipment
Abel to design a personalized strength program
To have background as a physiotherapies and knowledge of doing all kinds of massage, and back health therapy
To have knowledge of Muscle activation therapy (MAT)
Cycling/off-road cycling, yoga, Pilates (the most important thing to me is Pilates and power yoga) aerobics and fitness classes, kick boxing, fat burning activities(high and low impact of classes),reflexology, nutritious and weigh loose, body composition knowledge, body pump technical and balance clinic, body jam and body combat techniques will be an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Educations: College Degree-minimum of 2-year college
National Certification in Personal Training-ACSM desired
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal training industry
Skills and abilities: Excellent presentation skills
Creative yet sound approach to delivering fitness Instructions.
Understanding of high-quality fitness service experience.
Travel required: Yes (the propriety person must have no problem with Sea sick or flying)
Hours required: 48 Hours over a 6 Days period; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
